Ideas - Yield Study
This redevelopment project brings new life and a future to an otherwise tired and under performing retail centre. The proposal will reconfigure the existing tenancy layout and generate a quality focused local supermarket - complimented by specialty retail and commercial tenancies with on site parking. A vibrant roofline is the signature of the building and defines twelve light filled apartments set above the street, which capture views to the Indian Ocean.
